Thought I did pretty good, but it was still way too many calories in one day.
320.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 195.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

From your log, probably not too many cals, but too few in the right mix! Might help to use [iifymDOTcom/calculator] to get an idea of where calories should be per day and what that means in daily fat|carb|protein|etc consumption. Two key points worth addressing are (1) consistency with logging in every morsel that hits your lips, and (2) dumping the processed foods. Some days you're hitting 4000+ in sodium, where no one should be over 2500mg/day. The sodium intake against not enough nutrient-dense foods will wreak havoc on your ability to lose. I'm still figuring it all out, but very willing to share what I'm learning and the research!

Don't let one day get you down, you can't judge weight loss on a one day to the next scale reading anyway...there's too many variables and just water retention can cause significant fluctuations. Instead use yesterday as a learning experience, evaluate what you ate and how you could have done better, then strive hard today to do things differently. It's a new day and a chance to do things a better way, looks like an opportunity to me. Best wishes to you for your success!
