I have been so stressed this week with family problems, that I didn't eat like I should. When I get stressed or depressed I tend to eat I wish it was the other way where I wouldn't. On the biggest looser they say if u r stressed u can gain or not loose any weight so that is probably why I have gained. Going to walk n maybe jog next week to release all this stressed.
