I stayed on track during a big weekend away from home. I had a chance to be active and make good food choices. Staying the same on a weekend trip of this type is a great victory for me. In the past, I would have skipped the healthy offerings and overdone it on the unhealthy. I am very thankful to God for the many good things He did this weekend.
