I knew I would put a bit on over the last two days. It's my birthday today. So will be back on it tomorrow. Doing a lot of excersise so could also be putting some muscle on. Still need to lose at least a stone though for sure.
218.9 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
