Scales alittle quirky?? Didn't eat horrorably at the buffet. Salads,3 chicken wings,3-4oz. steak,alittle rice,Cantalope 1/2c.,1/2c mac&cheese,6oz.coke(short cup w/ice),then ice tea,jello 1/2c,a butterfly shrimp,1/2c pot. skins?,1/2c popcorn shrimp,sm. trianlge of brownie.I think that was it?
144.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
