Not the worse start to the week, have got something to really work with here, binged a little at the weekend but not too much, let's push for the under 70 this week💪💪💪❤️❤️
158.1 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
