I think I need a new scale.... pretty sure I didn't lose 3 lbs over night.... but whatever... I'll take it =) I did weigh myself 4 times this morning and it was 140.8 every time.... so maybe it was broken yesterday? HAHAHAHA
140.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
