I got seriously off my diet, with multiple lunches out, our anniversary dinner, Memorial day dinner which my husband insisted on fixing (both a hamburger and a hot dog!). I also indulged in sweets, which I justified by the fact that I haven't been drinking alcohol for 3 months. I think my 2 1/2 pound weight gain is water weight. I'm going to have my salad for lunch today, stop this sugar nonsense, and return to reasonable, sustainable living with good exercise.
