I NEED TO DRINK MORE WATER DURING THE DAY AND NOT SO MUCH AT NIGHT. SUGAR LEVELS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN I WOULD LIKE BUT STILL DOING OK.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm trying to drink water steady throughout the day. That's also been getting up out of bed a couple of times during the night but that's ok.

me too, I have a water jug that holds 74oz and that helps me keep track of my water intake during the day. Some days I feel like I am floating ☻
