Didn’t sleep well last night because I foolishly asked for my C19 booster and my flu shot to be given in my non-dominant shoulder. (Why? I’m retired! Neither shoulder is working all that hard anymore 😂.). Mistake! That’s the side I sleep on. But will I remember that for next year? … Probably not. 😆
205.0 lb Lost so far: 55.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
