Small steps 👍🏽
177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes small steps maybe, but as babies we all started off with taking small steps, then look at what we became, it's the small things that all add up
