Slowing down again but remaining persistent, gotta keep pushing.....let's do this!! Morning Everyone!! 🙏🙏❤️
157.4 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep pushing but remember everyone's weight naturally fluctuates. You are looking at points on a graph and its the trend that matters not the individual points.
