It was a horrible week but I only gained 8 ounces. Go figure. I feel much better this week and now it's time to get back on track.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its funny how u can have a bad few days 2 a week and u thk you gained eveythg back.. and its jes a little.. Good for you.. I know you'll get right bk n2 it!

I know it's such a trip. Just goes to show that I'm still learning ALOT on how to lose weight.
