17.7% BF measured this morning!!! w00t!!!

I'm starting to hate P90X Legs & Back, especially the sneaky lunges, they go on FOREVER. Went halfway through Ab Ripper X this morning, sore back and running out of time (woke up a little too late... whoops!).

Going to continue to eat sensible through the weekend, might throw in some Ab Ripper X tomorrow since I cut it so short today.

177.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
