I'm just shy of my goal for the week, but I'm okay with that. I have been doing great with tracking my foods. I started out great with water, but I'm finding it easy to slip. I need to stay on top of that. One week down and a few pounds closer!
271.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
