I am going to weigh in Mondays. I am feeling a lot better, but sometimes my body feels so weak. I'm working on training myself not to eat unless I am hungry. It's like starting over again, but I did this before and I can do it again! It just takes time and I am so impatient. I hate looking fat! I took a picture as a "before" picture and am going to work forward from that picture. I also bought a few pieces of clothing that are looser and more comfy until I lose enough weight to feel comfortable in my old shirts...or at least the maternity shirts. I also have a little routine with weights and a plan for cardio.
