I weighed myself this morning, and I gained just like I figured I would. It was 140 on the nose, so I guess it could have been worse. I am not sure what my exercise capabilities will be now that I am "injured" again. I am going to do the plank challenge because I KNOW that I am able to do that even with my "injury", so at least I have that going for me. I had to change my activity level down to low which lowered my calorie intake to continue weight loss. I am going to have to really start watching what I eat since I will not be able to do my normal exercises.
It is frustration, but I am going with that old cliche "what doesn't kill you makes you stronger" and hope that it is true.
