BF: 14.7%

Hmm, weighed in almost a pound heavier this week. Have been eating a bit more this week which could attribute to the gain. Also lifted 2 days in a row which I normally don't do. My lifting supplement contains creatine so it might be water retention? Bodyfat percentage went down though, and that's all that really matters!
189.2 lb Lost so far: 75.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

yay good job! I'm a little heavier too, due to salty foods :-/ Good news - it's not fat! LOL

good work man! i'm totally with that frame of mind- its the fat weight we dont want. i just bought myself some bodyfat calipers to get on track with focusing on fatloss. but congrats, keep it up!
