I chose to weigh in this morning. I'm planning to start keto again. I'm not going to be stopped. I'm probably going to do lazy or dirty keto for a while, but I will get there.

Glad you can push thru. It is hard sometimes. I am going to go back on the bbb&e in another week (beef, butter, bacon & eggs) I did REALLY well on that. Not liking where I am now, but I will continue to push on.

Type1 here. My suggestion is DO NOT do Keto. It ruined me. I started eating plants, fruit and herbs only. After a year I moved to 80% fruit. Saved my life, literally. YouTube Dr. Robert Morse. Good luck on your journey.
