Weigh in Wednesday! Been a crazy past 7 days with fluctuating weight, went from 180 to 184 over the weekend, just glad i am back on track.. it’s been a good 4-5 years since i’ve seen the scale in the 170s.. Now aiming to see 160s next 🤞😁
179.4 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you buenita and ocean girl! Yes, i agree with salt retention, when i gained 4 lbs overnight, i also noticed both of my feet were so swollen and puffy I couldn’t even see my ankles. Now they’re back to normal.
