started zero carbs this morning
228.2 lb Lost so far: 109.1 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You don't have to go zero carb, just go low carb. Check your macros in your food journal and try to keep carbs under 10%. Good luck! I am doing keto/low carb and I am feeling so good :)
