Got the job interview I really needed, got the kids graduated. Not smoking has really suffered; stress is high. Eating better and cutting back on the sugar--I noticed it really makes me moody anymore. Aiming to achieve 165 soon.
167.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
