OK, so coming back down again, good start, more to accomplish, trying to stick with the regime of low calories, healthy food and not eating after 6pm, working so far ❤️💪
158.7 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
