good day yesterday. ate well….need more water. today started with 2 mile run 30 minutes on stair master and 2000 meter row. great start.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
