Zero up, zero down, maintained 161 lbs. For me this has been terribly disappointing because I worked out five days last week, plus spent 6 hours in teen temps on Saturday taking down a huge oak. I've eaten clean, zero junk, but haven't been recording my meals. Apparently my portions were too large. I was expecting a minimal 1 lb loss. Oh well, time to get back in the game.
