NEXT GOAL: Lose 26.2 by Feb 28, 1 gallon of water per day, accurate daily tracking, less than 20 carbs per day, and 80% fat
276.2 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
