After the Malvern splurge, trying hard before US trip
160.4 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1814 kcal Fat: 51.54g | Prot: 64.16g | Carb: 269.42g.   Breakfast: Kiwi Fruit, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Grapes, Flora Light, Toasted White Bread. Lunch: Bananas, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Tesco Fusilli, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Morrisons Carvery Cooked Ham. Dinner: Chickpeas (Mature Seeds, Canned), Beef Curry, Clementines, White Rice, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Snacks/Other: Turkish Delight, Go Ahead!
