Good to see that 220 going away. A while ago I promised myself that I'd never reach 220, but for the past few weeks it's been left in the dust.

I should clarify what my goals are at this point. Currently, my one and only change is to my eating schedule (which basically means cutting out breakfast and evening snacks). I'm not making a big effort to change anything else. That will all come later once I'm used to this. So I'm putting "100% followed" if I really do keep my eating to an eight-hour period, and not being concerned about what it is that I'm eating at this point.

And speaking of which, I am definitely getting used to this! A week ago I'd have been feeling pretty horribly hungry at this time, but now, while I do feel hungry, it's not close to being so much of a big deal. Lunch is a couple of hours away, and that's fine.

The other thing that's changed a bit is how I'm starting to view portion sizes. One day last week I actually hurt my stomach by eating too much at lunch time: I'm starting to learn to take less food, which I suppose is one of the automatic benefits of this schedule.

So hopefully the weight will continue to drop gradually on this schedule change alone, and more quickly once I start to make more conscious efforts to change my food choices.
