Little bit disheartened because I'm now trying to build muscle. I've upped my calories from 1900 to 2500 but I'm still losing weight. another 3 days and I might up my caloric intake again. Maybe I was just light on waterweight or something today.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
