Finished the cleanse last week and have kept the weight off so far.
Gonna start back in the gym today and am keeping clean from gluten, wheat and sugar. High protein, fibrous veggies and lots of water are on the menu.
Keeping the supps going in a simpler form.....EPH, multi, magnesium, B12, Vit D.
Clothes fitting even looser!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
