Today is my second day on atkins. I am finding it quite easy to follow the diet. I do need to find more recipes, EASY ONES THAT IS!!! I have been craving a cigarette lately. I quit about 4 months ago. Maybe its because I know I can't have the foods I want so I'm trying to replace my wants with something I know I can't have which is a cigarette. I WILL STAY STRONG!!!
249.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Hey toxic. I quit a little over 3 months ago. I know the feeling. But just like giving up cigarettes, we can so give up the carbs and evil sugars.

Hey cuz! I know the feeling. What I find it is, is that these are things that in our mind, we can control. We can control putting a cig in the mouth and we can shove food in whenever we want too. Unfortunately, they became things that controlled us. Something to ponder, I guess. Glad you are on this journey with me and hope you will stick with the site. We know our family and obesity so time to kick it in the butt. Love ya! Stay strong!
