I've been out of town a lot, then sick. I did really well when out of town. In spite of being at a wedding and with my siblings, I didn't drink any alcohol. I chose good food choices almost all the time, and split meals with someone when I could. When I got home I got sick, and didn't want to eat much, lost a pound there. Now I'm back exercising, and today dropped to my lowest weight in years. I'm focused!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
