Firelair's Journal, 13 January 2022

Have not been very healthy lately as far as being unmotivated for workouts.. Have been eating well and making good choices since I quit my job(other than the French Onion Dip and Lay's I've treated myself to this week). We haven't eaten out much for months!

I've lost more than 10 lbs since my last weigh in, but I attribute it to portion control (and eating only 1-2 meals per day, which isn't good), and better food (less processed, less fast food).
191.2 lb Lost so far: 20.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
