Very happy with my progress since Christmas. Lots of work though. Walking daily, running some days. Working toward a 3km race in February. No alcohol since Dec. 26th!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
