I've had a hard time lately in dealing with things. My mom's death is hitting me harder than it has yet, and this week started strong with working out and watching what I eat. Since I live with my dad, and he's a food hoarder, mom's death has made things worse. It's so much harder to make the right food choices when there's tons of junk around.
The psychological effect of losing less weight at a time is kind of getting to me too. I'm still losing and 1-2 lbs a week is healthy and ultimately desired. I guess I got used to dropping so much so rapidly, and I feel like my ass has gotten lazy. I know I haven't.
Here's to at least maintaining!
