Still coming down, diet going very well, would ideally like to hit the 72kg Mark by this weekend, let's see, Happy Morning Everyone!! 💪💪💪💪❤️
160.1 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
