I think I finally figured it out. I was measured at the end of this weeks Boot Camp and I lost 2 inches on my hips and 2 on my chest. I had not lost any weight though. Muscle weighs more than fat. I am almost into last years jeans. I am still sticking pretty close to my south Beach but I am onto phase two because you need carbs when you work out. My goal is into last years cloths by the end of July. I just have to sweat them off.
