I have noticed that my head space can be the biggest usurper of progress. More than any other thing when it comes to being a conscious eater!

Been a stable week although I have indulged in the ciders more often than I should have, but hey… what would life be like if one starved and denied oneself a few pleasures.

Enjoying the Iron(wo)man challenge … mostly as the weather has turned and it's great to be out.

Winning the battle of the belt … still using the scales but have discovered that they are erratic because they are a combo-body composition model. Loving the debate in some of the forums.
181.9 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
