Today I ate a stick of string cheese. Two slices of Skippy Peanut Butter Crunchy toast on whole wheat grain bread. A turkey/swiss on whole wheat grain bread. A snicker bar. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat grain bread.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week
