I'm so happy even to jave lost just one more pound toward the ultimate goal of 200 or maybe not
Perhaps just another ten pounds. :-)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
