First time gaining, although I think that has more to do with bloating. Had a guest over and had healthy, but more caloric food. Going to gym tonight and feeling good!
182.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
