Yesterday...Study...Gym...Church...severaerrands like Walmart & Library...Friends house, hot vanilla chia tea... sang and fiddled with guitar that I got out of storage. Encouraged & in turn was motivated myself. Got home made thin cut eye of round steak several slices with boiled carrots and steamed broccoli and brown long grain rice. Got all filled up & crashed out. Waking up today with a good number on the scale. Got to appreciate the good daysâś“
