Disgusted. Can't stop eating sweets that are here today. It's rainy and I've sat inside on computer all day. Up until 2 AM last night. Feeling anxious about family reunion, weather, etc.

Do a 10 minute workout, dance, calisthenics, run in place, yoga, anything to get you moving for 10 minutes. Maybe an extra 10 won't seem so bad after that.
