Yesterday I weighed in at 228 which was great. I've been following Whole30 about 90% so I'm thrilled to still see weight loss. Yesterday, though, I wasn't having a great day. It wasn't particularly bad but things just seemed off for me. Anyway, I started out by having a breakfast of bacon and eggs (no toast) and for the first time in months, I found myself thinking about all the calories I was eating. I didn't really care, since I knew I wasn't going to put on all the weight that lost back on in one day. I just thought I wouldn't lose any weight that day. Then later, I found out that it was National Chocolate Chip day, and since it was a cool rainy day here, I thought it would be a perfect day to bake something with my 4 year old, so since I thought I already screwed up my day, I proceeded to make chocolate chip cookie cheesecake squares, and I ate 3 big pieces!!! I thought now for sure I'd be up 2 pounds, but guess what? I actually dropped another pound! This morning I was 227, which is an number I haven't seen for years! YES! Now I know that as long as I follow Whole30 the majority of the time, then I can go off-roading sometimes GUILT-FREE!!! I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!!
227.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
