I’ve just been chilling at this position all of last year. It’s been a long 21 month journey from 82kgs.
Now the next step is to be fit 🙃 I thought losing weight would help me gain more interest and momentum to exercise but dololo.
Turns out I actually have to start exercising to make exercising easier to do 🙃
