Phase two begin! Today: strawberries. Very excited :)

I'm happy to stayed at 182. I didn't really work out last week, so this week is when I start. I have an ambitious plan, here's hoping!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
