I love this app for every January. After the holidays it is a struggle to get back on track. Every January I do a "lean out" No bread, fried foods, processed foods. Just what I need to get ready for spring.
122.2 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
