I had tried to lose this weight before, but it's been a while, and I've regained a lot. Surprisingly, 40 pounds over about a year felt like such a slow gain, I didn't even realize it until I started feeling bad and got back on the scale. I'm ready to start back at it. I've got a long way to go to catch back up, and that'll hopefully just be the start of my progress.
