I ate so bad yesterday, we were out of town helping my daughter move into a new apartment, we ate out while we were gone. I ate almost 78 grams of fat yesterday but I did climb stairs for 2 hours while moving her furniture into her 2nd story apartment. Ill be eating healthy again today.

I think you should look at yesterday as "treating" yourself for the work you did. Then you get right back to eating the way that is now your "normal." Best wishes. I have really been trying to not call myself bad since it is not nice to treat yourself that way.

Khawk, dietary fat is NOT the enemy the mainstream diet community makes it out to be. I eat over 120g of dietary fat each day and have lost 35 pounds in the last 2 mos. Medical research has shown the body actually runs MORE efficiently with fat as the primary fuel source. The way a high fat diet DOESN'T work, is when it's paired with high carbohydrates as well. Then, the body will choose to burn the carbs first. protein second and fats third. If you're at all curious about a LCHF (Low carb-high fat) diet, do a little research on it. You will find that in many cases, this type of lifestyle can actually cure metabolic disorders like diabetes, Crohn's disease, hypertension, high cholesterol etc. Cheers!

Don't worry about yesterday, it's done and gone. Just go back to the plan today, all is good.
