A new year and a new start. I’m actually ready to lose the weight as feel bloated & unhealthy having overeaten all over the festive season. I now have a friend who wants to lose weight with me which should make it easier to stick to.
171.3 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
